Delivery Information

All orders that are to be delivered within the United Kingdom are dispatched within 1 working day, personalized products may take 1 extra working day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail, DPD or DHL depending upon your delivery choice. No customs or import duties for UK customers.

We do not sent orders to PO Boxes.

International deliveries may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees*. For orders placed on our PELLE CRAFT web store, there may be additional local duties and taxes that are out of PELLE CRAFT's control that you may need to pay in order to receive the goods.

For items to be exported from the UK, the carriage charge covers packaging and delivery only. Please ensure your delivery address, phone number and email address are correct.

As a general rule, please expect items within the United Kingdom to be delivered within 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
