Warranty For PELLE CRAFT Products

Our 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty

PELLE CRAFT products are precisely tested to meet tight standards. If a problem was to occur with a PELLE CRAFT product as a direct result of a manufacturing defect, PELLE CRAFT will, at its discretion either fix or replace the product. PELLE CRAFT warranty applies only to the original purchaser or gift recipient of the product.

Damage caused by misuse (including transportation of unusual cargo), neglect, accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures or chemicals are not covered. Non-Warranty repairs may still be carried out*.

This warranty is intended to provide you with certain rights. Consumer rights vary from country to country and therefore the limitations laid out above may not apply directly to you.
