Return Policy

PELLE CRAFT's Return Policy

Our return policy is completely transparent and extremely simple.

All of our products carry a 1 year warranty, if anything isn't as you deem fit please get in contact with us and we will arrange a solution for you as soon and as smoothly as humanly possible.

We at Pelle Craft want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, if you do need to return anything please contact us at (email) or our social media page (please keep your order details to hand).

Time Frame:

You have 14 days from the date on which you received your order to send your item back to us.

Condition:

Please make sure your returned goods are new, unused and in the packaging provided with the product at the point of sale. We reserve the right to charge up to 20% of the product value if the product is not returned to us in a resalable condition, this includes missing packaging and tags.

Refund procedure:

Once your goods are returned to our premises we will quality check them and proceed with your refund.

Depending upon the payment type used please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be completely processed.

Exceptions:

We will not be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and recommend you use the appropriate fully trackable and insured shipping service. If we do receive a damaged parcel we will notify you with images so you can take the appropriate action with your shipping company.
